GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS: CASA TERE

The house, set on two floors with the following distribution:

Ground floor

• Courtyard or entrance
• Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, electric mixer, pressure cooker, toaster, juice extractor, dishcloths, cutlery and large storage capacity.
• Lounge-dining-room with fireplace and chaisselongue. Wide table (3m). Small library, table games and toys for kids.
• Living room equipped with 2 sofas (one of them bed sofa), television 32’, DVD y WIFI.
• Bathroom with shower.
• Central coutyard decorated with rural tools and old utensils.
• Garden with orchard, barbacue and place to have a dinner (3m table and 2 confortable couch).

First floor

• 3 double bedrooms. King size beds (135cm).
• 1 double bedroom with two twins beds (90 cm).
• Bathroom with bath
• Terrace-solarium

Capacity for 3 extra people and one baby, using the bed-sofa, an extra bed and a baby cot.

Both houses have:

• WIFI.
• Air-Conditioning
• Fan.
• Heating.
• Bed linen, blankets and towels.
• Tourist brochure, guidelines, local maps and other interesting information.

OUR KITS

Casa Tere & Casa El Altero, have their equipped rooms already, and also you can enjoy our basic kits (estimated amount for stays of 2-3 days).

• CHILDREN´S KIT : Highchair for babies, bath, infant cuttlery, fairy tails and all ages games.
• KITCHEN´S KIT: Cleaning products, spices, salt, napkins and kitchen towel.
• TOILET´S KIT: Toilet paper, towels, dryer and soap.
• BARBACUE´S KIT: Grill, wood and  fuel briquette. There are enough material for 2-3 uses.
  For extra wood, Price: 10€ (Wood 15Kg and fuel briquette)
• BREAKFAST´S KIT : 5€ per person. This Kit includes breakfast basket for self-service.
  (Milk, sufar, coffee, homemade cake, cocoa, bread, oil, jam, butter, juice and ham).
